# Zoom recording issue - how do I download the recorded zoom meeting?

I am able to record my zoom meetings but when it says to download it to my computer or cloud it says there is another recording in process, which I know there is not. I have been unable to access my recorded zoom meetings which would be of great value for sales purposes.

After you have finished your Zoom meeting, you will see an exchange box show up momentarily that states "you have an account that should be changed over before it tends to be seen." This discourse box will vanish once that transformation has finished. 

Another "peruse" exchange box will show up. Select the envelope where you need your gathering to be saved and afterward click Ok.
