# Do you think TOPS One will ever have the availability to more efficiently and with greater ease create a Master/Sub type plan to allow smaller HOAs within a larger HOA to be managed with the same program?

We are a Master/Sub type plan and I am frustrated with the late charges and the fact that I can apply the late charges for each of the smaller HOAs along with the Master HOA, but I am unable to have these recorded into the individual HO accounts as late charges for their entity and the charges do not show up on the ATB as late fees for the smaller entities. All of this has to be done by creating journal entries.

Thanks for the great question. I have sent you an article with guidelines for tracking the financial activity of Master/Sub type plans.
