# I might be the typical case of a honest trader trapped in an automated "help desk" system and time zone difference. Is it normal to be left helpless when using a "so called" top rated trading platform? Please advise me on how to get back my funds!

Should i act on a legal basis? Is there any user group that could help me? I have been trying to access my account and the related deposited funds since 3 months, in vain.

It's so frequent to see such complaints about Binance taking their users like hostages. Is is normal that platforms with money at stake are not accountable for their service level time???
