# WinZip System Utilities Suite compared to WinZip Disk Tools

I purchased and installed WinZip System Utilities Suite.  
Now it seems that without my "input", a new program called Winzip Disk Tools has been added to my laptop.  
A) what is the difference?  Do I not have those tools in the suite?
B) how is this installed without my explicitly downloading it?
