# What challenges have you faced when attempting to hire overseas?

As a contractor, I had this proposal for a massive project in Moldova. So I needed a couple of temps there while I am on it. My guys were busy and could not go with me for three months abroad, so that was not an option.
Finally, I was able to find a group of roofers that fit the bill in Balti area. I needed to get them legally hired in full compliance with moldovan laws. I found Acvian to be very effective. And! efficient with the cost I spent on them.

We've faced lack of resources to open our own company, so we had to find an agile solution that would hire our prospect for us and make it fast.
