# Does anyone know the steps to cancel?

Does anyone have info on how to cancel, like time frame, does it need to be in writing or can e-mail do? This is besides the contract instructions which are not that clear as it is in legalese.

You have to call during the month your contract expires. Then pay any outstanding bill. They will then send u a cancelation form to esign

Take them to the BBB ... they are a complete scam... do not invest a penny more into this company ... they cannot guarantee the minimum leads they are talking about, and they continue to misrepresent that they can. The leads are all a sham ..
