# How to contact Dropbox technical support through email, chat, and phone

Dropbox is a cloud based file storage and collaboration platform designed for the modern workspace to reduce busywork, so you can focus on the things that matter. Dropbox business helps your company grow without limits while you maintain complete control over important company information and user activity.

I've had a good experience with Dropbox Business, but to be honest there are a few things I don't like:

1. I don't like everyone on my team can see all the files I share; I wish there was a blocking option for certain members. Some members of my team share files that should not be shared.

2. Very few members per license, my work team is very large.

3. Large files take a long time to load.

4. The mobile version is very bad.

5. Opening my account on another computer takes a very long process.

The standard storage capacity is only 2 GB for Free Users.
