# When dialpad rings my phone how can I get it to show the contact info i have saved in dialpad on the caller ID?

Caller ID on phone not showing Contact info saled in Dialpad.

If you are using your mobile phone to receive Dialpad calls, you can sync your Microsoft or Google contacts to your mobile phone to ensure caller ID info is always  available. Dialpad contacts are synced with both of these services by default. See more: https://help.dialpad.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005191906-Mobile-Contacts-FAQs-. Alternatively, you can turn on HD calling.
