# Has anyone found a better way to generate PTO reports automatically?

I have made custom reports but have to manually initiate them. This wastes a lot of time monthly when I need to send out everyone's PTO reports to let them know where they stand.

Hello!

You can set up your custom report to automatically email you at certain times. This allows you to have the data you need show up in your inbox when you would typically want to see that report (like at the end of a pay period). In that custom report you found, you can edit it and include an automation.
