Hey Sevde, great question! It's kind of a long story but the short version is that through my own personal experiences I've seen first hand how many amazingly skilled individuals were getting locked behind their resumes because they didn't go do well known schools or didn't work at well known companies. Thus the desire was to create a company that would allow for direct measurement of skills and potential to enable the world to #GoBeyondResumes!
