# What are some of the best practises to improve the overall performance of the product?

How can someone optimize the performance when sending the document to multiple users for signatures. Also, time taken to complete mass signatures.

Hi Sunil,

I would take advantage of the notification and reminder system of Adobe Sign. Also with the Adobe Sign enterprise, you can make automated deligation work and out-of-office delegation. With the features to sign on mobile phone and send SMS reminders, the system can cut the processing time of document signing really great. Since document authors keep in the loop of the process where it stands they can use easy also other methods of reminding their counterpart. Hope this helps, cheers
