# How do i filter out unwanted emails, that SD.ai picks automatically?

Whenever there is any event (internal or client facing), sd.ai picks up everything & creates a task out of it. How to disable this?

The best way to do this for Meetings is to mark the Meeting as Personal/Private/Confidential in your Gmail or Outlook. SalesDirector.ai will automatically ignore any meetings marked as Private.  Additionally, your SalesDirector.ai Administrators can also blacklist entire domains if you want to exclude communications from certain companies or entities.
