# How do I actually contact rocket chat?

Raising tickets, emailing sales, contacting staff directly on social media.... None of it works. As a paying customer, I want to know how to solve what seems to be a server communication issue with my app. It seems silly that I have to go to such lengths to get a solution for a product I am actively paying for.

Would you be so kind to share your e-mail address or the ticket number you have opened?

I would like to deep dive into WHY your attempts to communicate with our support were not successful or responded.
