# What are the best file transfer systems to get going with Jumpcloud

We require some sort of internal hosted FTP/FTPS/vsFTP file transfer system and are wondering what other people may have successfully got up and running with Jumpcloud. We had one of our team try with vsftpd and proftpd but they ran into issues authenticating users.

Although I am not familiar with what most customers use, I can definitely make some recommendations for protocols.  The best way to integrate would be with LDAPS for any FTP server that can support it.
