# How do I convince our Executive Director to use the software for his staff (the Leadership Team?)

Our Executive Director supports and encourages his staff to use the software, however, he doesn't use it.

A famous line heard in many MBA programs- what isn't measured isn't managed.  Employee performance, regardless of level, needs to be measured by outlining clear goals and expectations.
