Hello,
As a best practice that allows a much more streamlined and efficient process, we recommend integrated billing in place of CQI.   

Here are just a few of the benefits!  
	
+ Member balances are always up-to-date.  No need to refresh member-by-member or as a group – all balances reflect the invoices, payments, and receipts as they are recorded. 

+ Gain more integrated options that are specifically designed for organizations like yours such as ability to send Overdue and Thank you notices based on member payment, view engagement reports that contain financial information, or use built-in steps to process new member applicants. 

+ Use ChamberMaster to create and reprint invoices, receive payments, send statements, and apply credits – to all membership, event, group and one-time transactions.  Even create custom templates for your event or membership invoices.  Assigned Permission levels can limit these abilities if desired.

+ Members that use online bill pay will see a list of open invoices to pay in their Member Information Center.  No more guesswork on their part or yours when accepting their payment – members simply select which invoice to pay.

+ Removes opportunity for errors
