# How do I create an IO for a publisher?  Does Everflow have any templates on file that I could use for a basis?

Hey James, 

We do not have anything in the UI that can be used as a template. We do have a boiler plate agreement template you can use if you ask your rep. We also have T&Cs that you can add to the sign up page or on to each offer. Here is some documentation on that as that might suffice:
