Great question! We are continuously innovating when it comes to scoping future projects and enhancing our products. While there are many ways we go about this, two specific tracks come to mind. The first is through our partner innovations program – which is based on an open marketplace approach that supports external vendor connections. Over the last few years, we have constructed a comprehensive set of tools that facilitate new connecting vendors. You can learn more about that process and our partners here. Secondly, our team commits significant time and effort to keep up with product innovations. We are always looking for ways to enhance our current products and optimize customer value. One of the biggest things our team focuses on is driving advancements of interoperability technologies for post-acute healthcare providers. As new opportunities become available, we assess whether those advancements are compatible with our strategy and work toward integrating those that are seamlessly within our solutions.
