# I am not able to post listings with my Gooten products right now as I cannot post my listing until I fix the shipping rates.

The shipping rates are coming up too high and Etsy is alerting me to lower rates. The shipping options keeps coming up as $41.60 for one framed art print. I have already tried contacting Gooten support but they have not return an answer after two weeks.  I have tried changing my listing to only one size option and the shipping rate stays the same. This also happens with a poster; I am getting a rate of $18. 
I have tried googling to get some help and reading over the shipping info on the site. I'm missing something here and would really like to solve this problem.

You could raise the price of the products and lower the price of shipping.
