# How do I get auto approval?  What is the best way to link to the Yarooms with Google Meet?  Either that or can the Google Meet invite have a Yarooms link so that it is just one invite that needs to be created?  Can I use Yarooms directly to send meeting invites?  Currently Yarooms seems to be a stand alone database.

I have to wait for approval before I can use the room.  It should be that if no one is reserve on the slot you reserved then the room is auto reserved.    Also, can Yarooms have its own platform similar to 'Google Meet' or 'Zoom'.  This is so that when you reserve, you can send out the meeting invite through Yarooms and they can accept through Yarooms.

Thank you for your questions! The approval workflow is optional, you can disable it for specific or all user groups by editing the group(s) or the room(s) and disabling the "Requires approval" checkbox.
