# What is the best way to host my Laravel application on live server? And what is the best way to secure it?

Every time I try to host my application on live server, I run into problems. Whether it is about the .env file, the read & write permissions for the storage folder, or regarding changing the path of the public folder.
And the way of hosting my application. Whether by importing it from Github, or by uploading the whole folder with FTP.

What is the best way to host my application? And what are the best ways to secure it?

### Comment 2

You can use Amazon Lightsail. It's the easiest and cheapest cloud web hosting solution by AWS. It has great performance and it is very secure.
