# When the user decides to add columns, it is possible that the chosen configuration is permanently saved rather than systematically redoing it?

Hi Omar, we've recently also now made a change to the software so these changes are also automatically saved between sessions. This should address your initial query also.

Many thanks for your question!

Changes you make to i-nexus views are retained for your session – that is, while you remain logged in, the columns will remain as you set them. Once you log out or your session times out, however, the view will revert to the default.

If you wish to keep these changes, you can save a new custom version of the view.

Your saved view will be available as a tab at the top of the screen – you may wish to set up multiple custom views for different purposes, which you can navigate between as required. Your view will be available to you every time you visit this page, unless you delete it.
