# How can i develop python scripts to automate postprocessing in AMESim? MATLAB or python is better?

In my work, i come across a lots of simulation. Usually i do batch run of 10-20 simulation. so post-processing is very difficult for me. I am recording the results manually by checking each parameters which is very boring, time-consuming. chance of human error is very high. so it will be very helpful if i can automate this process. so please tell me how to develop this scripts with any example. also, python or MATLAB which will be better to use for this work. I have access to both these.

Hi!

I have been facing similar problems regarding post-processing and proper recording of parameter changes and their effects on specific signals.

I have developed a tool with excel that tackles this problem and automates things.

Is your Simulator getting the simulation parameters via textfile as well? Usually there is one.
