# Outlook Plugin

Having a horrible time getting the outlook plugin to work.   Anybody have a workaround in Outlook?  I do not want to always go back to the web interface.   I live in Outlook.   Help??

Hi Richard - noticed a reply that I wasn&#39;t notified off so sorry if you were expecting a response here. We actually communicated on another ticket recently too! When you do go onto live chat, we are open to jumping onto a Zoom call with our customers if it helps resolve things more quickly. Don&#39;t hesitate to ask. I know this one is quite old now but I assume you got it resolved in the end - seemed like your Outlook was opening IE instead of Edge at the time.

Spent 2 days with your support  #81783  Final comment from your support was that they would have Dev work up something.  Which I would think this would be core part of your product that should work as about 50% of computer users use MicroSoft Outlook.   I have abandon your product and using a competitor&#39;s product that works right out of the box for Outlook.   I am sure your company will get more inquiries from my company to fix this as I am one of the senior Sales reps who is trying use video prospecting extensively and the senior execs of my company will be asking me for my best practices.  My report will be that I am not using Vidyard and using something else which I will pay for out of my own personal funds as I truly believe this is the next evolution in selling.  I have to have the right efficient tools to do the job and a Outlook interface is a must since I live in Outlook.  Also since your support is only email,  I find it very cumbersome to explain my dilemma.   Even your chat was not efficient enough.   Phone or Zoom style support I believe would have solved this much quicker.  Just my opinion.
