# I just wanted to know about AI capability, mainly NLU and NLG and NLP algorithms and other future up-gradation

As I observed that NLP capability was not great comapred to Google Dialogflow and IBM Watson and LUIS, so thought to raise this concern

Hi Aadil, for our NLU capabilities, we are able to achieve high recall/precision numbers for intent recognition with training data. In our platform, you can provide training data for each specific intent that you care about. A larger training data set is generally better, but we don't require tens of thousands or even thousands. Our model is pre-trained and can achieve a solid level of intent recognition even with smaller training data sets. We've been matched up with other platforms like Dialogflow, Watson, and LUIS like you mentioned, and we've proven our high performance level and a significantly quicker process to reach that.
