# What are some suggestions for how to best use the sharing feature?

For example, when someone shares a folder with me, I could potentially lose access if they delete this folder in the future. However, I don't love saving it right away as my own file because then I will still need to check back and see if anything else was uploaded to the original folder. I have been just saving files as they come onto my computer itself, but was wondering if there was a more efficient way for me to be using this feature.
