# How do I monitor the efforts and efficiency of my team?

When I allocate/ assign a task to members of my team, I would like to monitor how much time they have devoted to the task and how efficiently they have executed it.

Hey Chander! 

Are you using time tracking or time estimates at all? Additionally, what other methods are you wanting to use to monitor their effort or time devoted to the task? 

If using time tracking or time estimates, I recommend Dashboard widgets to monitor the work your team members have put in!
