# how to ensure that users who do not use google services have access to shared documents from Drive?

Occasionally, I have problems sending documents that are hosted on Drive, to users who do not use Google services. I wonder if there are ways to avoid this.

have you tried sending on your computer?
I ask because sometimes it just be the type of device your using
