I want to do a full stack development in Eclipse with Angular. Is there a free Angular plugin for Eclipse?

Yes  there are free Eclipse plugins that support Angular development. Here are a couple. The Angular Eclipse plugin by AngeloZerr supports Angular (v2+) templates, completion, validation etc.
