# What is the best way to track progress of individual users through the adoption process so that we can create follow up tasks?

As our users move through the different flows and goals we have set up in Appcues, I would like an easy way to identify laggards so that we can create follow up actions for the Customer Success team.

Hey Kushal! The best way to do this is to click and track an event using the Appcues Builder and then create a Goal and assign it to your flow.
