# By chance, do you have an idea if/when Jetpack will be integrated into your software?

It's difficult based on time and convenience to have to manually download jetpack and ask the support team to activate it EVERY time I either turn a staging site into a live site, or create a new staging site.

We understand that our Jetpack integration has proven difficult from a user perspective. It is supposed to come automatically installed on any new site, but it doesn't seem to be working for all sites. The issue is being reviewed and we hope to make this integration more seem-less moving forward. Thank you for pointing out this problem.
