By Power User or Citizen Automator we mean an IT-savvy user whose primary job duties are not in IT (e.g. manager or data scientist). In Studio Pro, users that don't have any programming skills can do a lot in both desktop and browser environments, automating work with process recorder and element clicker, building  basic manipulations with variables and setting conditions for logic. There is no difference in functionality for professional RPA developers and Power Users, both are empowered to create bots
