# What measures are you taking to grow the Upwork platform and maintain the professional level of the work?

We think it would be a great move to set different levels of freelancers to differentiate the knowledge and work history of each user. That way, you are giving the clients new ways to choose between beginners and professional work, different levels. There is a great competition on the platform, and we have to handle various aspects to get to a fair price and get the job, taking into account many things when we accept. One of our concerns is that clients ask for professional work, but they offer really low prices. So, if they ask for professionals, they should get a fair price; if they ask for low prices, they must know that the result will not be the same.
