# Do you plan to improve communication with the department in charge of API integrations, or is this not in the works?

Considering the importance API integrations have nowadays, and that many businesses (ours at least) are focusing on offering API integrations to possible buyers, responsiveness is a must. I would personally prefer to pay an extra if it assures a good service.
