Great question! Generally, it takes about 3 months to implement the Enterprise offering and less for Pro and Basic. We find that most companies choose a slow rollout where HR is the first to be introduced to JDXpert, followed by managers, and then employees (if the company chooses to give system access to employees). We have many clients who say that job descriptions managed by JDXpert helps them achieve better HR by allowing other departments to focus on strategy, rather than writing or finding accurate job content.
