# How do you make multiple if/then branches in a workflow?

It seems like when I add multiple if/than branches my leads won't receive any more emails in the "lower" branches. How can I fix this?

For every If/Then statement, HubSpot checks whether a condition is met or not. You can use multiple branches in the one If/Then statement. The tools checks the conditions in the order you gave and passes the contact/record to the right branch. In these branches, you can add emails to be sent.
