Adobe analytics provides data on how our websites are performing, what site visitors do on the page(s), and how our marketing channels are performing. In terms of ROI, it really depends on how you utilize the platform. For us, we make changes to marketing campaigns based on the performance reported in Adobe. Adobe is our source of truth for web analytics. We identify high performing pages and look at user behaviors to determine how to optimize other page types. We also perform funnel analysis to begin to understand why customers convert or fall out within certain funnels. We also use attribution analysis to determine how different marketing channels play a role in visitor conversions.
