# Do most admins deliver published applications through Workspace or web portal?

I just recently discovered that applications can be delivered directly through Citrix Workspace instead of through StoreFront. Is anyone actually doing this in practice? I feel like most deployments I see have users launch published applications after logging in through a web portal.

We have been using a web portal to deliver our web applications since day one and have not had any issues with it. I was wondering if there was any real benefit to having users access the applications through Workspace.

Well, Admin side- you just have to publish app, so that it works from workspace as well as browser.
It all depends on user ease to use either method.
In my personal opinion, end users find workspace launch easy because in browser, you always have to re-enter your credentials once web session terminates per the time out admins set on netscaler/SF but in workspace, user just have to refresh and apps will appear.
