# What is the best way to backup worksheets?

Is the best way to share and backup worksheets to just download and share? Or is there a way to share that keeps the document "live?"

Basically, if you use One DRIVE to share you sheets, they stay "LIVE", especially if you are logged into you MS account.
If you are, when you want to save, EXCEL will ask if you want to keep it local (on your computer) or in the cloud (ONE DRIVE).
Sharing from your ONE DRIVE is easy and you can setup the rules you want it to follow.
Try it: it's very easy and convenient.
