# Why it take a long time to start a meeting after entering the id and password?

The major problem which i notice is that whenever i enter the id and password in order to join a meeting it take a very long time to enter in the meeting even though when my internet i also working properly .What's a reason behind it?

Sometimes there be network and the server issues

It depends on your network strength most times, check and make sure you have a strong network signal.
