# Why could I not download the word document I set the screenshot of me using Phocas on?

I took the screenshot and saved it as a word document.....When I clicked upload it could not be found?

Also the recommendations box has not gone green?

To confirm you're a current user of Phocas, you just need to upload a screenshot of your logged-in view of the software in jpg or png format - no need to put it into a word document or presentation. Hope this helps!
