# How do I delete some of my documents?

I try to delete my documents, but sometimes it doesn't work.

Hi, you can delete a document by following these simple steps,

1. Open the folder panel by clicking on the folder icon
2. Hover over the 3 dots of the document you would like to delete
3. Click on Delete option to proceed

However, in order to delete a document, you need to be the owner of that document. If you still have problems with deleting a document, please contact our support team at support@creately.com. We're happy to help.
