# What is the best way to preview your video before the final edit

It's fairly impossible to preview your work, so hoping this would help others as well.

Well, if you're fortunate enough to make it that far before the app crashes - then the best thing to do is just publish your video and watch it. Yes, this takes time to render, but there's currently (as of Sept 2021) no way to preview your clips in the video - but that makes sense because that's the rendering process, and it takes a while. So just publish (render) the video, and if you need to make edits clone the video into a new project and make your edits. The nice thing is you'll have the video you just rendered to use as a reference point for the changes you need to make.
