Hi Shane, thank you so much for your question!

As a paying customer, if you have any questions you can always reach our to our dedicated Success Team. They would contact you directly as soon as you become a paying customer so you can have their contact and learn more about the support you get from us. You can request an onboarding with them, so they can cover with you some key elements, tips and tricks from their expert knowledge!

As for event support, we do offer some services as listed below:

- Chat Support: Available 24 hours, 5 days a week should you require any immediate assistance before, during, or after your events. You can chat to us by clicking the 'Need Help' button in the lower left corner of your screen once you login to Remo Conference
- White-Glove Support:
    - For events with 100 or less guests, the fee is $100 USD per hour
    - For events with more than 100 guests, the fee is $2 USD per guest per hour
- In-event Support: We can help you manage your event, which would include starting presentation mode, inviting guests to stage, making announcements and more. This will come at an additional cost of US$200 per event hour
