# Claiming the reward

Well, I was sen one reward for my review of Zoom.

But the link provided is not functioning.

Please suggest what to do?

This is not a reliable platform.  I too got a link with a woopsie.  I wrote to them 3 times and have received no answer.  Maybe they should be reviewed.

Same problem for a review of Mindbody.  You've since sent multiple emails requesting more reviews, saying you're here to help, etc but I've submitted 2, now 3 inquiries and haven't heard anything back yet.

You may want to stop doing reviews. They haven't paid me at all and they keep ignoring my support emails.

I also haven't received the gift card, I'm cancelling this, this is ridiculous that no one has responded, but I keep getting these emails re: "Ask me anything". 

Sure will: "Where is my payment for the time spent...?"
