# Am I the only one who has had this happen? I have heard many stories of this and I'd love to hear the victim's side of this commonplace issue.

I cancelled my account and they kept charging me, I contacted their customer support to see if it was a mistake and they said if I want to close my account I need to pay more and they won’t refund any of the payments
