# How can I create a new project?

I need to create a new project, but also I need, the duration in time, tasks and  add resources to this tasks

Hello Miquel, thank you for your question.  The ability to create a project (as well as the elements within a project) depends on your user privileges which your Clarizen Admin has set up.  We have some general instructions on how to create and edit projects in our Customer Portal here (https://success.clarizen.com/hc/en-us/articles/220056908-Project-Mgmt-101-Part-1-Building-Projects-and-Templates), but I suggest you reach out to your Clarizen admin directly to learn how to do this in accordance with their set-up.
