# How do you get your mentors to buy in more and give video feedback and not just a short typed response?

Our leadership has told them they have to leave at least two video reviews per year (we do quarterly role plays). We send out completion reports highlighting what type of review they leave. Good videos are highlighted at leadership meetings, and our senior leaders "spot check" role plays and reviews to give feedback to the managers.
