# How does one get the system elements updated to include ISO 13485:2016 and EU MDR 2017/745?

In building quality documents you have the field for selecting the system elements where you have ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2003, and others, however, ISO 13485 has been updated to version 2016 replacing 2003.

in most cases those are controlled by master keyword lists in the administration center. if you update the proper list it will flow to your form.

The System Elements field is based off the Master Keyword List "ISO Elements". We have expanded ours to include other regulation standards including or internal auditing standards. What is good with a master keyword list is that you can enable and disable those standards that do not apply to your company. The best way to manage this list is to export to an Excel file and reimport that file once your changes are done.
You will also want to make changes in your development environment and promote up to your production environment to avoid conflicts. You can access Master Keyword lists in the Administration Center or contact your admin.
