# What is the best way to get custom reports for outside investors without revealing the details?

Want to customize some management and annual reports for outside investors.

Hi, Frank! Great question. One way to do this is to run the financial report, export to excel or PDF and then send it. Another way is to grant them access to the system and lock down their permissions to high level reporting so that they can come in and run the reports themselves - all depends on how you want to do it! I suggest submitting a support ticket through the portal so that one of our Product Consultants can help you find the process that works best for your needs.
